From landcharge to sharepledge we can deal with more complex and more extensive security portfolios.

Land Register Inspection

We are able to inspect all landregisters in electronic form directly and thus are able to cover almost all of Germany with the exception of those few land registers where the records are not yet kept electronically.

Rank Confirmation

Collateral security is often required in connection with the exchange of land charges for refinancing purposes or in connection with the change of ownership. The confirmation of the notary which rank the new land charge will have, is necessary for the further implementation.

Notification of Pledge

We will make any required notifications, e.g. the notification of a share pledge vis-à-vis the company, whose shares were pledged.
